Trafalgar Contractor Solutions Ltd are compliant with relevant legislation and committed to reporting on Gender Pay Gaps.
We employ contractors and temporary workers, who prefer to work multiple assignments, under a permanent over-arching employment contract. The majority of our employees work on short assignments which can lead to distortion in reporting.
Trafalgar Contractor Solutions Ltd are not involved in the negotiation of the contracted rate, which is determined by the end client, recruitment agency and worker before each assignment commences. The rate will be dependent on the skill set and experience required to complete an assignment as well as demand.
We will review the figures periodically to ensure we see a reduction in the margin between male and female pay.
