HMRC Annual Returns Reminder

The HMRC has reminded employers that they could be facing penalties if they do not get their annual returns (P35 and P14s) submitted on line before 19 May.
An extra-statutory concession previously allowed for time before penalties were charged; this however has been withdrawn and returns submitted to HMRC after May 19th filing date will result in a late-filing penalty as per the changes that came into effect this year.
