Hard times motivate success

According to a recent survey by the Aldridge Foundation, personal adversity is a driving factor motivating the UK’s successful entrepreneurs.
Adversity creates passion, determination and dedication.
The Aldridge Foundation survey found that 69% of the country’s top entrepreneurs claimed that they had experienced some form of struggle in their lives and that it had motivated them to succeed. The chairman of the Foundation, Mr. Rod Aldridge, put forward that certain circumstances helped unleash freelance talent. He is quoted as saying that it was admirable that so many entrepreneurs had overcome personal adversity to lead incredibly successful lives.
